Magento and Adobe Commerce become an app on all three stores
Yes: Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4 or later connect through a read-only integration token on three resources — products, categories and stock — and the store becomes an app on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. No write permission, and no access to orders or customers.
The extension on Adobe Commerce Marketplace connects Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce in one click; alternatively an integration token is enough. The multi-store alternative at a fraction of enterprise cost. From 49 € a month, a 14-day trial and no commission on your sales.

The spec sheet, no hedging
| API used | REST API (integration token) |
|---|---|
| Minimum requirements | Magento Open Source / Adobe Commerce 2.4+ · PHP 7.4–8.4 |
| Permissions requested | Read-only integration tokenMagento_Catalog::products, Magento_Catalog::categories, Magento_CatalogInventory::cataloginventory |
| Catalog updates | On a schedule: the platform has no webhooks |
| Abandoned-cart automation | Not available |
| Back-in-stock alerts | Yes, from the scheduled sync |
| Orders in the CRM | Not available |
| Checkout from the app | Your store’s product page, one product at a time |
| How you are billed | Stripe on this site: EU invoice, VAT handled, self-service cancellation |
Every row comes from the connector running in production, not from a brochure: where a platform cannot do something, it says so.
What does not work here — said upfront, not afterwards
- As on PrestaShop there are no webhooks: the catalog is refreshed on a schedule, with a delta over recently changed products.
- We import simple and configurable products, the latter with their children as variants. Bundles, grouped and virtual products stay out, and so do products flagged “not visible individually”: in the app they would be pages nobody can buy from.
- If a product arrives without a URL in the synced catalog, the app refuses to send it to checkout rather than guessing a link: better an unbuyable product than a customer on a 404.
How you pay
The extension is free: the OgniStore subscription is activated here on the site with Stripe (EU invoice, VAT handled, self-service cancellation from the Customer Portal).
Frequently asked questions
Is Magento Open Source supported?+
Yes, both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (2.4+). The extension is the same.
Do automations work?+
Partially, and we name the part: abandoned cart is not available because no cart events reach us. Manual push, scheduled banners, analytics and back-in-stock alerts work, the latter off the stock sync.
Which permissions does the extension request?+
A read-only integration token on three ACL resources: Magento_Catalog::products, Magento_Catalog::categories and Magento_CatalogInventory::cataloginventory. No orders, no customers, no write access.
How are configurable products imported?+
A configurable product becomes a single page and its children become the selectable variants; the children never appear as separate pages. Products flagged “not visible individually” are not imported.
Which PHP versions are supported?+
The extension declares PHP 7.4 through 8.4 and Magento 2.4 or later. On older versions you still have the manual integration-token connection, or the API/CSV connector.
