How does billing work?+
It depends on your platform: Shopify merchants pay through Shopify Billing (in USD, with their Shopify invoice); WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and the generic connector pay here on the site with Stripe (in EUR, VAT via Stripe Tax). The white-label setup is always via Stripe.
How does the free trial work?+
A full 14 days on Base and Pro, with no limitations. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Really zero commissions?+
Yes. Checkout stays on your store’s web checkout (physical goods): no Apple/Google fees and no revenue share from us. You only pay the monthly subscription.
My platform is not listed: can I use it?+
Yes, with the generic API/CSV connector: a CSV or Google Shopping feed is enough. Essential features (catalog + link to checkout), without cart automations.
Do I need a developer account?+
Not for Base and Pro: your shop lives inside the already-published OgniStore app. For white-label on the App Store you need an Apple Developer account in your name ($99/year, an Apple requirement) — we handle everything for you.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
Anytime, from your dashboard (or the Stripe Customer Portal). Upgrades are immediate, downgrades start from the next cycle. No lock-in.
