OgniStore in one sentence
OgniStore turns a merchant’s online store — on Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, or any e-commerce reachable through an API or a CSV feed — into a mobile app published on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery, for a monthly subscription and with no commission on sales.
This page exists to be quoted: verifiable facts, the same numbers you meet at checkout, and the things OgniStore does not do. If a line here is wrong, that is our problem, not a marketing nuance.

What OgniStore is not
- It is not a marketplace: customers buy from the merchant’s store, not from us, and the catalog is never put in competition with anyone else’s.
- It is not a payment system: checkout stays on the store’s own web checkout, with its payment methods and its shipping.
- It takes no percentage of sales on any plan, and there is no “free with revenue share” tier.
- It sells nothing to the end customer: the shopper’s app is free and has no in-app purchases, so Apple and Google take nothing on orders (physical goods).
- It does not replace the e-commerce: it is neither a CMS nor a theme. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento stay where they are — OgniStore connects to them.
- It is not an app generated from your website: the plugins we publish on the marketplaces only create the credentials and register the webhooks, and add no code to the store’s front end.

- How much does OgniStore cost?
- The Base plan is 49 € a month, Pro is 99 € a month, White-label is 279 € a month plus a one-off 490 € setup fee. The CRM is 39 € a month standalone or 29 € a month as an add-on to an app plan. Prices in euros, excluding VAT, identical on every platform.
- Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?
- Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento (Adobe Commerce), and API / CSV. Each platform has its own connector; the mobile app only ever talks to the OgniStore backend, never directly to the store.
- Does OgniStore take a percentage of my sales?
- No, on no plan. Checkout stays on your store’s own web checkout, so there are no Apple or Google fees either — they do not apply to physical goods.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: 14 days on Base, Pro and CRM. The CRM trial starts without a credit card.
- Which app stores does my store end up on?
- The App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. AppGallery is the one no other app builder covers, and it is included in every plan.
- Do the automations work on every platform?
- No, and we say so on each platform page: abandoned cart is only possible where the platform emits the events it needs, that is on Shopify and WordPress / WooCommerce. On PrestaShop, Magento and the generic connector those events do not exist. For the same reason the CRM reads orders only on Shopify and WordPress / WooCommerce: elsewhere it stays inbox, contact records and campaigns.
