These terms govern the use of https://ognistore.com and the purchase of the OgniStore services offered by GREAT START LTD.

The service

OgniStore allows Shopify merchants to make their store available inside mobile applications published on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. The features of each plan are described on the Pricing page.

Merchants who install OgniStore from the Shopify App Store are billed through the Shopify Billing API under the conditions shown in the listing. Purchases made on the Site (direct distribution, white-label setup) are handled through Stripe.

Free trial, duration and cancellation

The Base and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing cycle. The white-label setup is a one-time professional service, non-refundable once configuration work has started.

Customer obligations and limitations

The customer warrants that they own the rights to the uploaded content (logos, images, copy) and that they comply with the policies of the stores (Apple, Google, Huawei) and of Shopify. The white-label plan requires an Apple Developer account in the customer’s name for the App Store, as required by Apple’s rules.

To the extent permitted by law, the overall liability of GREAT START LTD is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event. The service depends on third-party platforms (Shopify, Apple, Google, Huawei): delays caused by their reviews or policy changes do not constitute a breach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the controller’s registered office. Consumers retain the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
