Any e-commerce becomes an app, from a feed or the API
Yes, even if your e-commerce is custom-built: all it takes is a CSV or Google Shopping feed reachable over HTTPS, or the standard OgniStore REST endpoints. We ask for no store credentials — only the feed URL — and we detect the format from the content, so you do not have to declare it.
Your e-commerce is not on the list? The generic connector reads a CSV or Google Shopping feed, or you expose the standard OgniStore REST endpoints. Essential features: catalog in the app and a link to your site’s checkout. From 49 € a month, a 14-day trial and no commission on your sales.
How it connects
- 1
Prepare the feed
An existing CSV or Google Shopping feed works fine; or expose the standard REST API.
- 2
Connect
Paste the feed URL in the OgniStore dashboard and we map the fields together.
- 3
Go live
Catalog in the app on the three stores; checkout stays on your site.
The spec sheet, no hedging
| API used | CSV · Google Shopping XML |
|---|---|
| Minimum requirements | A CSV or Google Shopping feed reachable over HTTPS |
| Permissions requested | No store credentials: the feed URL is enough |
| Catalog updates | Every time the feed is re-read |
| Abandoned-cart automation | Not available |
| Back-in-stock alerts | Not available |
| Orders in the CRM | Not available |
| Checkout from the app | Product link taken from the feed, one product at a time |
| How you are billed | Stripe on this site: EU invoice, VAT handled, self-service cancellation |
Every row comes from the connector running in production, not from a brochure: where a platform cannot do something, it says so.
What does not work here — said upfront, not afterwards
- No automations: abandoned cart and back in stock need events a feed does not produce. Manual push, banners and QR codes work normally.
- Orders do not reach the CRM: a feed is a catalog, not a sales history.
- Checkout is the product-page link carried in the feed, one product at a time. An item without a link is not sent to checkout: we would rather say so than drop a customer on a page that does not exist.
How you pay
The subscription is activated here on the site with Stripe (EU invoice, VAT handled, self-service cancellation from the Customer Portal).
Frequently asked questions
What is NOT included?+
Cart automations (they require webhooks a feed does not have) and real-time order sync. Manual push, banners and QR work normally. We say it clearly: no surprises.
How often does the catalog update?+
The feed is re-read at regular intervals (up to hourly). For real-time updates you need the REST API.
Which formats do you accept?+
CSV, or XML in Google Shopping format. The format is detected from the content, so you do not declare it — and a feed you already publish for Google Shopping works as it is.
What happens if the feed breaks or comes back empty?+
We do not wipe your catalog: a sync that returns zero products is refused. And connecting a feed requires at least one product in it, so a wrong URL shows up immediately rather than three days later.
Can I move to a native connector later?+
Yes: if one day you migrate to Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Magento you switch connector from the dashboard. The app, the theme and your users stay exactly where they are.
