Every row comes from the connector running in production, not from a brochure: where a platform cannot do something, it says so.
What does not work here — said upfront, not afterwards
- WooCommerce must be active: WordPress alone is not enough, because catalog and orders are read from there.
- The REST key the plugin creates is read/write, not read-only: the app’s checkout has to create a pending order on your store to obtain a payable link. When you disconnect the store, the plugin deletes the key and the webhooks it created.
- We sync simple and variable products, with all their variations. Grouped and external/affiliate products stay out: they are not buyable in the app, and showing them would be a dead end.

The plugin is free: the OgniStore subscription is activated here on the site with Stripe (EU invoice, VAT handled, self-service cancellation from the Customer Portal).

Do I need WooCommerce or just WordPress?+
You need WooCommerce active: it is WordPress’s e-commerce and that is where we read catalog and orders. WordPress and WooCommerce are a single connector.
Do automations work?+
Yes: on WooCommerce abandoned cart and back in stock are complete, just like on Shopify.
What are the plugin’s requirements?+
WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce active. The plugin adds no code to your site’s front end and does not touch your theme: it creates the credentials, registers the webhooks, and stops there.
What exactly does it create on my site?+
A WooCommerce REST key and three product webhooks — product.created, product.updated and product.deleted — signed with a shared secret. Nothing else.
Does my customer data pass through you?+
Not through the plugin: it reads the catalog, not your customer records. Orders are read only if you enable the CRM, and we declare that in the privacy policy.
