The connection is OAuth from the Shopify App Store, and the three permissions we ask for are all read-only: OgniStore never modifies your store.

Every row comes from the connector running in production, not from a brochure: where a platform cannot do something, it says so.
What does not work here — said upfront, not afterwards
- The subscription is billed in USD on your Shopify invoice: Shopify forbids Stripe on this channel, so the euro invoice cannot come from us.
- On the Base plan your shop lives inside the OgniStore container app — your brand, but not your name on the stores. An app under your own name is the White-label plan, and on the App Store it is published from your store’s own Apple Developer account: Apple guideline 4.2.6 requires it.
How you pay
The subscription is activated and paid directly on Shopify, with your Shopify invoice (Shopify Billing, in USD). We do not use Stripe on this channel: it is a Shopify rule.
Frequently asked questions
Do all automations work?+
Yes: on Shopify abandoned cart, back in stock and price drop are complete, thanks to native webhooks.
Does checkout change?+
No: customers buy on the Shopify web checkout you already use, with your payments and shipping. Zero fees from us, Apple or Google.
Which permissions does the app request?+
Three read scopes: read_products, read_orders and unauthenticated_read_product_listings. No write permission at all, so OgniStore cannot change products, themes or orders.
How often does the catalog update?+
In real time: Shopify webhooks notify us on every change. A scheduled delta sync acts as a safety net and picks up anything a webhook may have dropped.
Do I need an Apple Developer account?+
Not on the Base plan: your shop sits inside the OgniStore app, which is already published. You only need one for White-label, where the app ships under your store’s name from your own Apple account.
